Jordan Li
Executive Chairman
Jordan has extensive work experience in Australia, Asia-Pacific including China and Africa as Managing Director, Director, Chief Executive Officer, Strategy Manager and Commercial General Manager at a number of public and private companies including Aurizon Group, International Base Metals Limited (IBML), Macquarie Gold Limited (MGL), Zamia Metals Limited (ZGM), Zamia Resources, and Fairfax Media.
He held senior policy officer and steering committee officer positions at both Australian state government and Chinese central government departments. His 26 years’ management experience and connections span across exploration and mine planning, feasibility studies, mergers & acquisitions, gold & copper mine operation, metals market analysis, commodity trading, corporate finance, etc.
Jordan is a Fellow Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM). He also set up in Sydney, as Chairman, the Australia China Chamber of Mines and Minerals (ACCOMM) to bridge the two markets.
He holds an MBA degree from AGSM, the joint business school of the University of NSW and the University of Sydney. He resides in Sydney.
Yuanheng Wang
Non-Executive Director
Mr Wang, born in Singapore, is a solicitor of Hong Kong and England and Wales with more than 20 years of post-qualification experience.
His area of legal work is mainly corporate and commercial, including corporate finance, project finance, loan and security, private equity fund, IPO, general commercial, compliance, corporate governance and company matters.
He is bilingual in Chinese and English. Mr Wang is a member of the Audit Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
Yan Li

Mr Yan Li has an MBA from the People’s University of China, and is a director of Beijing Shiji Qinlong Hi-Tech Co. Ltd and Beijing Badaling Wild Animal Co. Ltd. Yan Li has over 15 years of senior managerial experience.

Kevin Lee
Mark is a very competent mining professional with extensive Australian and International mining experience.
He is a Mining Engineer (UNSW) with Internationally recognised industry and professional accreditations. He’s a Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPE-Mining), a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ-Mining), and is considered a JORC Competent Person (CP) and a NI43-101 Qualified Person (QP) in several metals and coal.
Mark has successfully worked on mines and projects throughout Australia as well as New Zealand, Fiji, Indonesia, Solomon Islands, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Russia, Serbia, India, Laos, Armenia, South Africa, DRC, Bangladesh, Eritrea, Uganda, Zambia, Namibia, Dominican Republic, Ghana, Tanzania, and China.
He has high technical and operational proficiency, a proven track record, and is skilled in directing and closely managing mining teams.
Mark carries out project and technical management, provides corporate mining advice, undertakes Due Diligence reviews for investors and mining companies and banks, compiles feasibility reports, and also prepares detailed mine plan and optimisation studies.
Recent projects have included review and planning for gold and copper deposits in Far North Queensland, South Australia and Western Australia for several ASX listed companies. Other projects have included a Due Diligence Study for a gold-copper deposit, a mine plan for a zinc deposit in the Flinders Range, a mining study on a PNG copper-gold project, review and assessment of gold mines in WA and Zambia and Uganda and QLD and two in Kazakhstan, and projects in the Russian Far East.
Mr. Kevin Lee holds a Master Business Law degree (Monash University) and a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Deakin University).
He is founder and since 2019 General Manager of Cash Square Limited, a fintech entity based in Hong Kong. He has over 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial industry in Asia having held offices of Operation Director of UCF Holdings Group Limited, Vice President of Commercial Banking Department of Hang Seng Bank, Assistant Vice President of Industrial Bank of Taiwan, Assistant Vice President of the Institutional Banking Group of DBS and Assistant Vice President of Commercial Banking Department of Citibank.

Our Exploration Team
Bret Ferris
Exploration Manager
Bret is an exploration geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration targeting base metals and gold in a variety of settings including volcanogenic and porphyry environments.
He has worked in most Australian states and overseas in the Solomon Islands and western China. He has led exploration teams for Amoco Minerals, Cyprus Gold, Arimco, and Delta Gold. These teams achieved numerous technical successes including definition of gold resources mined at Glendale as part of the Junction Reefs Gold Project south of Cadia, NSW.
From 2004-08 he was closely involved in exploration and resource expansion at the Lady Annie and Mt Kelly copper projects in northwest Queensland.
He is a member of the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists and a “Competent Person’ as defined in the JORC Code for the Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.
Glenn Coianiz
Consultant – GIS
Glenn has experience in precious and base metals and mineral sands deposits.
He has worked on numerous gold deposits in North Queensland and Papua New Guinea and mineral sands deposits in Western Australia.
He has conducted mineral resource studies on deposits in Papua New Guinea and Australia. He was also Product Development Manager in mineral sands with a large international customer base. He had sales and management roles prior to joining GCR.
