Board Nomination Policy

1. New Directors
a ) In identifying individuals who may be qualified to become Directors, the Board shall have regard to such factors as it considers appropriate, including judgement, skill, diversity, experience with business and other organisations in the mining exploration industry, the interplay of the candidate’s experience with the experience of other Board members, the extent to which the candidate would be a desirable addition to the Board and any Board Committees, and the Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations dated August 2007 of the ASX Corporate Governance Council.
b ) The Board shall ensure that an effective orientation programme for new Directors is in place, and regularly reviewing its effectiveness.


2. Succession plans
The Board shall review succession plans to maintain an appropriate balance of skills, experience and expertise on the Board.
