a ) The Audit Committee regularly assesses the relationship between the Company and the auditor.
b ) A new auditor shall be appointed at least once every five years.
c ) In selecting the Company’s auditor, the Audit Committee shall seek tenders from audit firms experienced in auditing exploration companies.
