1,361,900,851 New Shares on the basis of 1 New Share for every 1 Share held
on Wednesday 30 October 2013 at an issue price of 0.5 cent per New Share.
The entitlements offer closes at 5:00 pm (Sydney time)
on Friday 15 November 2013.
