Gawler Craton IOCG Exploration – South Australia – Drilling Planned

Golden Cross Resources Limited (ASX Code: GCR) holds six granted tenements within the Gawler Craton in South Australia. The Gawler Craton is host to iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) deposits such as Olympic Dam, Prominent Hill and Carrapateena. These deposits have been discovered by drilling coincident magnetic and gravity anomalies. Detailed geophysical analysis, part of an on-going program, has confirmed five high priority coincident magnetic – gravity targets within both portions of GCR’s Oolgelima Hill EL near Coober Pedy in the centre of South Australia. The targets are highlighted within the red circle in Figure 1 below. A drilling program of 2500 metres is planned.
